Commercial Director Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 4 in a mixture of high-end residential and educational projects
Apply compliant processes & procedures
Developing accurate project bids with the help of other departments
Agreeing to timescales, costs and resources for a project
Creating plans for each stage of a project
Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
Constantly monitoring progress, quality and costs
Reporting regularly to executives about project progress

Commercial Director Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or related fields
Experience leading commercial teams with proven track record of success
Experience securing framework agreements with clients
Experience working on high-end construction projects
Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
