Real Estate Paralegal (12-Month FTC)

A leading US law firm in London is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Real Estate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This role provides hands-on experience on high-profile Real Estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.

You will support the team by drafting and reviewing transaction documents, coordinating deals, managing due diligence, maintaining trackers and data rooms, conducting Companies House filings, liaising with clients and internal teams, and providing general administrative support.

Candidates should hold a university degree (2:1 or above) and three A-levels (AAB or equivalent), with previous City Real Estate paralegal experience. Strong IT and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work are essential.
