The Role:

The successful candidate will:

Take responsibility for a lively and motivated Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 class.
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning.
Differentiate effectively to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, enrichment activities, and community events. About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management, organisation, and communication skills.
Have a reflective and adaptable approach, committed to continuous professional growth.
