FACTORY OPERATIVE - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
We have a great opportunity available and we are looking for an experienced Factory Operative to work in a busy maufacturing company in Sutton Coldfield, manufacturing precision wiring.
For this role, full extensive training will be given. Previous experience is preferred, and willingness to carry out physical work is essential.
As a Factory Operative, you must have:
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good communication skills and ability to understand instructions
* Great attention to detail
* Good hand-eye co-ordination
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Recent work references
Roles of a Factory Operative include:
* Using hand tools and cutting tools
* Willingly carrying out other associated ad-hoc duties
* Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times
* Operate machinery

Hours of work for this role are day shifts, 5:45am until 2:30pm - Mon -Thurs and 5.45am until 2pm Friday . Some flexabilty is available
