What makes you a great fit?

* You’ve already built up experience in refrigeration or air con—whether you’re still improving or already highly skilled

* You’re confident working with systems like water chillers, ammonia, or both (ammonia training can be given if needed)

* F-Gas certified (a must); experience with CO₂ or hydrocarbons is a plus, not a deal-breaker

* Strong fault-finding skills and a good grasp of how different systems operate

* Electrical knowledge is a bonus!

* You’re team-focused, eager to learn, and bring a can-do attitude

The day-to-day:

* Servicing, maintaining, repairing, and commissioning commercial & industrial refrigeration systems

* Diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults, including PC/PLC-based systems (PLC training will be provided)

* Working on a wide range of client sites—think food production plants, healthcare facilities, and manufacturers

* Writing up clear, detailed reports and keeping communication open with clients

* £42,000 – £50,000 basic salary + overtime (realistic earnings up to £70K)
