Duct Fitting Supervisor – Cardiff

We are currently recruiting an experienced Duct Fitting Supervisor for a long-term project based in Cardiff.

Role Details:

Position: Duct Fitting Supervisor

Location: Cardiff

*

Duration: 9 months

*

Start Date: 02/02/2026

*

PAYE Rate: £28.70 per hour (basic hours)

Responsibilities:

*

Supervising duct fitting teams on site

*

Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications

*

Coordinating labour and materials to meet programme deadlines

*

Maintaining health & safety standards on site

*

Liaising with site management and other trades

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Duct Fitting Supervisor

*

Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation

*

Ability to manage teams and workloads effectively

*

Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)

*

Good communication and organisational skills
