Our client, a reputable entity in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join their team on a contract basis. This role is based within their busy yard and stores environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing essential yard support on site as a top priority
Handling warehousing tasks efficiently, including inventory management
Ensuring the smooth operation of the stores by organising, storing, and dispatching goods
Assisting in other site activities to build skill sets and support various departments
Operating forklifts, specifically using a B2 or B3 FLT licence
Adhering to health and safety regulations within the yard and warehouse
Collaborating with team members to ensure the efficient running of the yard and store

Job Requirements:

Experience in warehouse or stores management operations
Possession of a valid B2 FLT licence; B3 preferred
Willingness and capability to work in both yard and store environments
Understanding of health and safety practices related to the role
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7am to 3.30pm
Friday: 7am to 2.30pm
