Import Logistics Coordinator

Location: Felixstowe (Office-based)

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 DOE per annum + annual bonus

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday

An established logistics provider based in Felixstowe is seeking an experienced Import Logistics Coordinator to join their busy import operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in shipping and forwarding to take on a varied and rewarding office-based role.

Key Responsibilities as an Impost Logistics Coordinator:

Creating and managing job files using Multifreight
Coordinating customs clearance and port health declarations
Obtaining releases from shipping lines
Booking and scheduling deliveries with both customers and approved hauliers
Rating shipments accurately for both cost and sales
Monitoring shipments end-to-end, updating systems with key milestones
Utilising port systems such as Destin8 and CNS

About You:

Prior experience in import logistics is essential
Strong working knowledge of Destin8 and CNS
Confident communicator with good organisational skills
Able to work full-time on-site in Felixstowe
