A Technical Customer Service Advisor is required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering effective account management and providing technical drawing support.

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Creating and updating technical drawings using CAD software
Managing customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Following up on quotations to support conversion and maintain pipeline visibilityTo be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

Working knowledge of CAD software
Previous experience in technical account management
Background in manufacturing or engineering industries
Strong attention to detail and accuracyWhat's on offer:

Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays)
Salary from £30-38,000p/a dependent on experience
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
