Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimise dealership performance
Coach and mentor Sales Executives to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Manage financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and profit targets
Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Drive the team’s ongoing development and motivation to foster a results-driven environmentRequirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a retail motor environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Numerate with good attention to detail and business awareness
Full UK driving licence
Target-driven with a successful track record of delivering results
