Administrator - Compliance & Planning Coordinator

Our leading facilities management client is seeking a Administrator - Compliance & Planning Coordinator to join the team at Wakefield

Overview

Monday to Friday 6:30AM to 02:30PM (Monday-Friday)
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
Excellent working environment/team Experience needed:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Implementing and managing the sign-in process for subcontractors, which may include verifying identity, issuing visitor badges, and recording their arrival and departure times
Eligibility to work in the UK
Must provide 2 professional references
Must have Basic DBS
