Join our client's team as an Estimator, supporting the delivery of ceilings, partitioning and office fit out projects throughout London from their office-based estimating function.

Roles/Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate estimates for ceilings, partitioning and office fit out works
• Review drawings, specifications and client requirements to produce clear cost breakdowns
• Support tender submissions for projects between £50k and £500k
• Identify risks, value engineering opportunities and buildability considerations
• Collaborate with the project and commercial teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
• Maintain well organised records of tender documentation
• Support ongoing client relationships through clear communication and professionalism

Qualifications
• Experience as an Estimator within ceilings, partitions, drylining or office fit out
• Strong understanding of materials, systems and installation methods
• Ability to produce accurate estimates for small to mid-sized commercial projects
• Confident in reading drawings and specifications
• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
