Maintenance Supervisor

Hours: Double Days (5:30am - 2pm) (2pm - 10:30pm)
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum

I’m recruiting an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers at a modern FMCG food manufacturing site with well-invested, current-generation machinery.

An established food manufacturer supplying leading UK retailers, known for its inclusive working environment and welcoming engineers from a wide range of backgrounds.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, focused on planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns and driving equipment reliability across production lines. You’ll support and coordinate the engineering team, work closely with production and play a key role in reducing downtime and improving performance.

You’ll need strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG. Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC fault-finding is important. Previous supervisory experience is useful but engineers ready to step up will also be considered.

Rotating early/late shifts with on-call. Days-only preference may be considered with salary adjustment.
