Their project portfolio spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout London and the South East.
The company is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark residential development in West London, with a strong pipeline of future projects across the capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional health and safety advice and support across all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
Ensure full compliance with current health and safety legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; report findings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Support site management teams in implementing best practices and promoting a positive safety culture.
Assist in the development and delivery of safety training and toolbox talks.
Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventative measures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety documentation and reports.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors, on health and safety matters.
Key Responsibilities:
NEBOSH Certificate is essential.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Health and Safety role within the construction or built environment sector.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practices in construction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
