Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable construction contractor in their search for an Estimator on a temporary basis for 8 weeks.

This will be an office based role in Peterborough 

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with a seasoned team to estimate costs for a variety of projects.
Analyse project specifications and blueprints to determine accurate material and labour requirements.
Conduct thorough market research to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
Prepare comprehensive tenders, considering all aspects of the project scope.
Measure and undertake take offs accurately and quickly
Requirements: 

Ability to manage contracts, calculations, and budgets
