Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, based in Birmingham, that is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Commercial & Private Client Litigation Department.
 
Role: Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Birmingham - Legal 500 Firm
PQE: 4–8 years in Commercial Litigation
Salary: £65,000 to £85,000
 
The Role:

Handle a wide variety of dispute resolution matters. This will include contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, intellectual property, defamation, fraud, procurement, partnership and shareholder disputes.
Work with range of commercial and corporate clients.
Conduct business development activities.Key Requirements:

You ideally have 4–8 years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation (strong candidates outside this range will also be considered) as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Have solid, hands-on commercial litigation experience.
Strong business development skills and ideally a client following.Benefits:
