The Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Design, Surveying & Planning T Levels Lecturer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver industry-relevant T Levels qualifications, inspiring and preparing the next generation of professionals in design, surveying, and planning sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and innovative teaching for Design, Surveying & Planning T Levels courses.
* Develop and update curriculum content aligned with industry standards and qualification requirements.
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their progression.
* Collaborate with industry partners to enhance course relevance and provide practical learning experiences.
* Support students’ personal and academic development, including employability skills.
* Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance, and continuous professional development.
About You
* Relevant professional experience in design, surveying, or planning.
* Proven ability to teach or train learners, preferably in a further education or T Levels setting.
* Strong knowledge of T Levels specifications and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to student success and inclusive teaching practices.
* Ideally, a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (e.g., PTLLS, PGCE).
