‍ Roles We’re Recruiting:

Level 2 / Level 3 Teaching Assistants – Supporting teachers, leading small groups, assisting with interventions, and helping children achieve their potential.

Specialist Teaching Assistants – Supporting pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs.

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) – Leading learning groups, covering classes under teacher guidance, and taking responsibility for classroom management when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in these roles, candidates should have:

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Education Support, Childcare, or Teaching Assistance

✅ For HLTA roles: HLTA accreditation or proven experience leading learning groups or covering classes

✅ Experience working in school settings with children aged 3–11

✅ Strong communication skills, patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments
