Are you an experienced HGV Driver looking for consistent work with a respected company? We are currently recruiting for skilled HGV Drivers (Class 1 / C+E) to join our client’s team based in Waltham Cross.

£18.00 per hour (Days)

£19.00 per hour (Nights)

£21.00 per hour (Weekends)

Key HGV Driver responsibilities:

*

Depot-to-depot trunking

*

Adhering to driver hours and Road Transport Directive rules

*

Promptly reporting any issues or delays

*

Completing deliveries safely, legally and on time

*

Daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-shift)

*

Using electronic POD systems (training provided)

*

Supporting with loading/unloading where needed

What we’re looking for in an HGV Driver:

*

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

*

Minimum 12 months’ HGV Driver experience

*

Good knowledge of WTD and driver hours

*

Maximum of 6 penalty points – no DD, TT, DR, CD or IN

*

Legal right to work in the UK

*
