Job Description
The S&OP Manager (EMEA) will lead the supply & operations planning function to provide accurate and timely forecasts (across a multi-site operation), optimising inventory levels and ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. The S&OP Manager will lead by example, with strong leadership and analytical skills and passion to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the EMEA forecast / demand process.
* Oversee EMEA inventory levels (across all regions) to ensure alignment with demand forecasts, production schedules and customer service requirements.
* Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of strategic objectives and initiatives for the S&OP (incl. IBP as required), Operations & SCM organisation.
* Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Build and develop a high-performing S&OP team.
* Ensure compliance with all business policies and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or applicable related subject.
* Significant 'senior level' experience in supply planning and operations management within a fast-paced, multi-site 'manufacturing' environment.
* Strong analytical, decision-making and communication/presentation skills; with a working knowledge of statistics and financial operations.
* Proficient with supply planning software (incl. SAP), with 'advanced' Excel skills.
A proven ability to:
* Lead, develop and manage teams effectively (across EMEA).
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).
* Manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment and deliver to agreed deadlines.
* Positively influence change and promote / deliver a culture of continuous improvement.
