Location: Newton Longville
Hours: Part time - 30 hours per week (The shifts are 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm)

At Litslade Farm, our registered care home in Newton Longville, we support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, - and we are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents with their day-to-day needs, including:

Personal care and hygiene
Mealtimes and social activities
Attending appointments and supporting health and wellbeing
Encouraging independence through shopping, cooking, and household tasks
Promoting confidence and life skills in a safe, respectful environmentYou will follow personalised support plans and work closely with each individual to help them achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
