Who we’re looking for
• Experience supporting children with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties
• Calm, confident, and compassionate under pressure
• Skilled in creating structured, consistent routines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications or training (e.g. Team Teach, MAPA) are a plus
