£50'000 - £60'000 (DOE)

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Days

Be the Driving Force Behind Engineering Innovation

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be leading a group to implement and effectively establish key engineering processes. Your main aim to deliver the most cost effective ways to help the maintenance program to meet the sites demands. The business are one of the leaders in their field and you will be the main cog in the wheel leading the way on their projects. Directly reporting into the Site Engineering Manager and Directors.

What You’ll Do:

Lead TPM strategy to keep production running at peak efficiency
Drive cost-effective maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion smart factory technologies and CMMS systems
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
Contribute to and implement the Engineering Roadmap
What You Bring:

Strong expertise in TPM and maintenance excellence
Proven leadership and advanced problem-solving skills
Recognised engineering qualifications (Apprenticeship, ONC/HNC, or equivalent)
A passion for performance, people development, and operational improvement
