An opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to join a Leicester based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their expanding commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £100m is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business, the successful candidate will be working closely with the Commercial Director of the business to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career with a expanding and exciting Residential Groundworks business.

Salary - Up to £75,000
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Discretional Bonus scheme
Annual leave 23 days excluding bank holidays – increases each year up to the 5-year point – increases again at 10 years’ service

Company Car or car allowance of £840pcm plus fuel cards
