A high-growth, privately owned group with a turnover £100's million t/o is seeking a commercially minded part qualified Management Accountant to support the next phase of business expansion. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging finance role within a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of monthly management accounts with commentary
* Ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring timely reconciliations
* Cash flow modelling and forecasting
* Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
* Overseeing rebate tracking and processing across customers and manufacturers
* Working with ledgers to ensure integrity of management information
* Identifying process improvements across finance functions
* Collaborating with operational teams on overhead control and fixed asset management
* Supporting statutory audit and implementing recommendations
* Ad hoc analysis and internal reporting for senior leadership
Ideal Candidate:
* Part Qualified or finalist (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
* Technically solid, with a keen eye for continuous improvement
* Strong Excel and finance systems capability
This is a visible and value-adding role within a well-established but ambitious group. You’ll be joining a collaborative finance team and reporting to an experienced Financial Controller who’s committed to development and succession.
This role is onsite 5 days oer week
