You will join a national consultancy that works in partnership with clients and communities to address environmental and sustainable projects. The organisation is seeking a permanent Business Manager to join the leadership team, based in Edinburgh.
Your new role
As Business and Operations Manager, you will play a central role in supporting operations across a network of offices and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across all departments.
You will oversee the delivery of core business processes, contribute to business improvement projects, and support effective budget management. The role also includes responsibility for staff management-covering project managers and HR colleagues-alongside providing day‑to‑day HR support and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring proven experience in Operations Management, supported by a strong background in Business Support. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a solutions‑focused approach are essential for success in this role.
