We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary and secondary age ranges in a specialist setting in New Ash Green. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The role includes supporting students with:
* MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
* PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties)
* ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
* ADHD
* Challenging behaviours

We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEN
* Is patient, resilient and nurturing
* Can build positive relationships and support emotional regulation
* Works well as part of a team
