About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our friendly and dynamic maintenance team at a Holiday Village in Scotland. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining electrical systems across both commercial and domestic environments on-site, delivering excellent service and contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can manage a range of maintenance tasks and be a visible, approachable representative of brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Uphold and demonstrate company values and behaviours at all times

* Review and complete assigned job list efficiently and on schedule

* Respond flexibly to urgent or short-notice jobs without significant disruption

* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in both commercial and domestic settings

* Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installation work across the park

* Provide timely updates on job statuses to the admin team or Maintenance Manager

* Undertake additional maintenance duties such as minor plumbing, joinery, and general repairs

* Source necessary parts, complete high-quality repairs, and record all actions taken

* Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition

* Offer excellent customer service to guests and act as a positive company representative

What We’re Looking For:

* Fully qualified with 18th Edition certification and City & Guilds accreditation

* Experience working in both commercial and domestic electrical environments

* Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

* Flexible and confident in performing a variety of maintenance duties

* Good planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and emergency callouts

* Full UK driving licence (clean record)

Preferred Experience:

* Previous experience in general repair and property maintenance

* Skills in joinery, plumbing, and caravan/lodge maintenance

* Comfortable working under pressure and without supervision

* Self-motivated with a professional and can-do attitude
