Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist and mainstream schools with SEN provisions across Barking & Dagenham. These roles are ideal for professionals who have a strong background in supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting classroom teachers in delivering differentiated lessons
Supporting individual pupils or small groups with EHCPs
Helping pupils develop social skills, confidence, and emotional regulation
Maintaining a safe and structured learning environmentRequirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN
Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach
