Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality standards.

* Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

* Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

* Monitor site progress and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

* Manage procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project efficiency.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably with large-scale residential developments and working with brickwork packages.

* Strong leadership and management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.

* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ level
