I have an impressive opportunity for a Graduate Metrology Engineer to join an established development business who provides software and inspection solutions to an assortment of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Power Generation. Key responsibilities of the Graduate Metrology Engineer:

Optimise and develop measurement processes, enhance accuracy and efficiency
The Metrology Engineer will assist and perform precision measurements and analysis of components and assembly products
Designing measurement systems tailored to specific project needs.
Analysing data using 3D Inspection Software
Work collaboratively as a team on projects in the Aerospace, Power and Medical Industry
Contribute to product development processes including prototyping work, design and production
Assist in Root Cause Investigations by developing corrective/preventative actions.
Working to industry standard accreditations (AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949)
Liaising with customers and suppliers to maintain quality and technical integrity.Requirements of the Graduate Metrology Engineer:

Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
Must have some experience within their degree or after in Optical and CMM systems, preferably GOM, Zeiss, PolyWorks or MCOSMOS.
Excellent Communication SkillsIn return the graduate Metrology Engineer will receive an attractive salary and benefits package which includes a salary banding circa to £30k to £35k.
