Project Manager | Mission Critical Technology | 5 Days on Site Required
Salary: £60k - £75k depending on experience

I am working with a growing technology business delivering mission critical products used across public safety and critical infrastructure.
They are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of multiple complex projects, driving delivery from development through to manufacturing handover.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across software, hardware, and product teams, removing blockers, managing stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track in a fast-moving environment.

What you will be doing:
? Leading multiple complex projects end to end
? Owning delivery to time, cost, and quality
? Working closely with engineering, product, and senior stakeholders
? Planning and running project meetings, sprints, and retrospectives
? Managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
? Supporting teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions

What they are looking for:
? 5+ years’ experience delivering complex product development projects
? Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
? Background in embedded software or integrated hardware and software products
? Confident communicator who knows when to lead and when to escalate
? Formal project management training or certification preferred

Nice to have:
? Exposure to LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or TETRA technologies
? Experience in regulated or mission critical environments
