An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join Hull's Emergency Duty Team, supporting children and families at critical moments ??

? Pay Rate:
➡️ Up to £37.50 per hour (Umbrella) ?

? Working Pattern:
? Rota-based role covering 7 days per week
⏰ Out-of-hours Emergency Duty service
? Office-based only - remote working is not suitable for this role

✨ About the Role:
This is a key position within the Out of Hours Emergency Duty Team, responding to urgent safeguarding situations involving children and adolescents. You'll make high-level decisions, manage risk, and provide an immediate response when it matters most.

Senior/Advanced Practitioners will play a vital role in:
✔️ Handling complex cases
✔️ Making sound professional judgements under pressure
✔️ Supporting and guiding colleagues during shifts
