We’re working in close partnership with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Trade Mark Paralegal for a key role within their IP team on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working available. This is a stand-out opportunity for a candidate who brings a depth of experience in trade mark formalities and prosecution and is looking to step into a leadership position within a high-performing practice.

What experience is required?

* 6+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Formalities/Paralegal position.

* Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.

* Proven experience supervising or mentoring team members, with the ability to motivate and guide effectively.

* CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
