Lead and manage the school's Special Educational Needs provision.
Support teachers and support staff in delivering inclusive education.
Work closely with students, families, external agencies, and the senior leadership team.
Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
Drive improvement and innovation in SEN teaching and learning strategies.The Ideal Candidate: SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)

Holds a valid NASENCo qualification.
Experienced in working with SEN students at secondary level.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proven track record of improving outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
