About the Role:

As a 360 Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process—from business development through to candidate placement. You’ll work with existing clients while also identifying and developing new opportunities across the IT sector.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven 360 recruitment experience (ideally within IT or tech)

* Strong billing history – consistent performance and achievement of targets

* Confident with business development and client relationship management

* A self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious mindset

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
