Primary Teacher – Day-to-Day Cover

Location: Eastbourne

Pay: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (30‑minute unpaid lunch break)

Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply (Part-Time or Full-Time, Fully Flexible)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable Primary Teachers for January 2026 starts in the Eastbourne area. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want full control over their working schedule.

Whether you’re looking for 1–2 days a week, or full‑time supply across 5 days, we can offer flexible opportunities that fit around your lifestyle. You can also request specific key stages or year groups (Reception to Year 6), and there is potential for longer‑term placements if desired.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons that follow school plans and curriculum expectations

Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment

Adapt confidently to different school settings, routines, and year groups

Support pupils’ learning and ensure equal access to development opportunities

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong classroom management and a proactive, flexible approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
