Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Fees Manager based in Bedford for a professional organisation.

Summary of the Fees Manager role…

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Job Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37 hour working week

The role…

As the Fees Manager, your role will involve the following important duties:

Oversee the full cycle of school fees.
Accountable for and manage strong internal controls and processes for all billing activities. 
Manage the credit control function for school fee billing.
Keep fee account payments up to date.
Oversee bad debt legal and solicitor cases.
Liaise with schools regarding assessments and parental communications.
Manage the Fees team.
Ensure smooth running of the fees billing and bursary systems/
Maintain details of school card facilities, liaise with providers to maintain competitive rates and monitor costs.
The experience required…

As a successful Fees Manager, you will have the following:

Demonstrable financial administration experience.
Experience working within the education sector. 
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Meticulous attention to detail. 
Strong IT Skills with advanced Excel.
