Work: Hybrid - 3 days office ? / 2 days WFH ?

? Role Summary

Join the Special Adolescent Team to support adolescents and families, prevent family breakdown, and deliver intensive interventions to those at risk of exploitation. Work within a contextual safeguarding framework to ensure positive outcomes.

Key Areas:

⚠️ Child Sexual & Criminal Exploitation

? Homelessness & Family Breakdown

❌ Adolescents Missing from Home

☣️ Risk of Radicalisation

? Becoming or Rehabilitating from Looked After status

? Adolescents in or at risk of entering the Criminal Justice System

✨ Key Duties

Conduct assessments & deliver interventions for adolescents with complex needs

Manage a caseload and prepare reports for courts & panels

Work in multi-agency teams and lead specific projects

Maintain accurate case records and statutory compliance

Flexible work across the county, including evenings/weekends

Experience: Knowledge of s47/s17, working with adolescents
