Hours: Shift patterns between 7:30am 5:30pm

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, managing key accounts, and handling a variety of queries. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional and timely support while maintaining accurate records and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Manage key client accounts with prompt and effective communication
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate records
Monitor and control open service calls, ensuring timely resolution
Prepare and send estimates for machinery and parts orders
Coordinate delivery of loan machines where needed
Handle and escalate customer complaints appropriately
Produce accurate customer and stakeholder reports
Support the Parts Manager with sourcing and part detail provision
Organise machine collections and deliveries with attention to internal systems
Provide cover during team absences to ensure workflow continuity
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and escalate operational issues
Skillset Required:
GCSE level education or equivalent, including English & Maths
Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high customer service standards
Flexible, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Professional approach with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
