A Local Authority client in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor for a 6-month interim contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling landlord and tenant matters: rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears, and new lettings

General estate management across a diverse property portfolio

Property acquisitions and disposals

Managing a mix of commercial and offices.

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer status not essential)

Proven background in estate management-experience within a Local Authority is preferred but not required

Strong understanding of commercial property issues

Working Pattern:

1 day in the office, with the rest of the week remote

Office easily accessible via main commuter routes

Full-time or part-time options available
