Salary: £30,480
Hours: Monday to Friday 5.00am - 1.30pm

Employee Referral SchemeThe role:
Delivering and installing white goods, inventory, and furnishings to properties across our client's portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Liaising with Housing Officers to ensure deliveries are done on time.
Notify team leaders immediately of any concerns within the property.
Deliver, assemble and install all goods.
Ensure that you leave all properties safe and clean.
Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
Keep up to date with all written and verbal communications.
Ensure all records are maintained and kept up to date.
Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard.
Notify the team leader on site if you are unable to complete any jobs.
Maintain a good understanding of the legislation of the contract.
Document and feedback non completed defects to management.
Return completed paperwork to the team leader as directed.
Provide cover for line manager during annual leave.
Acknowledge dispersals when they come through.
Any other duties within the scope of responsibility and ability, as required.Experience and skills required:
Experience of installation of white goods.
Experience in a customer facing role.
Competent in the use of MS Office.
