We have recently been instructed on a new opportunity for an experienced family lawyer to join one of the most highly-rated matrimonial teams in the East Midlands area, and this is an exceptional opportunity for a family specialist looking to handle top quality work from Day One.

The firm is recognised by various legal publications for the calibre of its family law team, and this newly-created role is likely to suit a family solicitor or legal executive of between 2-4yr PQE or equivalent who will be comfortable advising on a range of privately-funded matters. You will have experience of, inter alia:

* Matrimonial, civil partnership and co-habitation disputes

* Financial remedy and ancillary relief

* Private Children matters

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer looking to handle top quality work including advising High Net Worth individuals and business owners, and where the matters can often be complex and involve off-shore assets. You will be an experienced and self-starting family law specialist with experience of working with privately-paying clients of this nature, and will be looking to join a top-rated firm within this discipline which offers clear paths for career development.
