About the Role:

The school are seeking a committed Early Years Teacher to join their nurturing team, delivering high-quality education in a Reception class. The role is full-time, long-term, and includes full teaching responsibilities until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Deliver: Creative and engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe and stimulating classroom where children are excited to learn.
Assess and Support: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support development.
Collaborate: Work with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

QTS or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
A positive, adaptable approach and passion for teaching young learners.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
Commitment to creating an outstanding learning experience.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
