Estimator – Planned Refurbishment (with QS Duties)
Location: Near Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to c. £70,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a growing and forward-thinking property services contractor? We are working with a well-established business specialising in planned refurbishment works within the social housing sector, and they are now looking to expand their commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in pricing and managing a range of refurbishment schemes – from kitchens and bathrooms to external envelopes – while also supporting with Quantity Surveying duties throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for planned maintenance and refurbishment projects

Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure robust commercial input

Support the contract delivery phase with QS duties – including valuations, variations and cost reporting

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure value for money

Contribute to winning new work and building long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in estimating for social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance contracts

Good understanding of Quantity Surveying principles

Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
