Are you a commercially minded SaaS sales professional ready to lead, scale, and deliver real impact? Our amazing Client is looking for a SaaS Sales Leader to take ownership of our online sales pipeline, build a high-performing team, and help drive our next stage of growth.
Based in Leeds (with flexibility to work from home part of the week), this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and shape the future of our sales engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take full ownership of the online sales pipeline — from lead to close — ensuring consistent performance and growth.
* Build, lead, and coach a motivated SaaS sales team (SDRs, AEs, BDRs).
* Implement scalable inbound and outbound sales strategies to improve conversion and sales velocity.
* Manage CRM and sales processes to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting (HubSpot/Salesforce).
* Work closely with Marketing and the Head of Growth to align campaigns, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
* Report on pipeline health, performance, and opportunities to improve across the funnel.
* Identify upsell, expansion, and new market opportunities to support wider growth goals.
* Champion customer insights across teams, helping us refine our product and go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5+ years in a B2B SaaS sales leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
* Strong experience with digital-first sales and managing online pipelines.
* Confident using CRMs and reporting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* A strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to execute quickly.
* Proven leadership and coaching skills — you know how to build and retain great teams.
* Strong collaboration skills and a passion for building scalable, repeatable sales processes.
* Must be Leeds-based or within commuting distance – we’re office-first, with flexibility.
Nice to Have
* Experience with outbound tooling, automation, and lead scoring.
* Background in a niche SaaS vertical (e.g., HR Tech, FinTech).
* Exposure to international SaaS sales or new market launches.
