My client is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to be based on a scheme in West Molesey, Surrey. This will be overseeing construction works and mechanical & electrical installations.

The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Commercial, education & healthcare.

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS card
M&E / Fit out project experience, as well as overall construction knowledge
Good IT skillls
Managed construction projects £1million+ in value
