Revit Coordinator

Copello are working with a dynamic and growing BIM consultancy based in South London, delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to the built environment sector who work with leading clients across the UK to provide smart, efficient, and coordinated MEP design services that help bring projects to life. As a Revit Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of coordinated MEP models using Revit. Working closely with BIM Managers and Engineers, you’ll support the production and coordination of 3D models for a range of exciting building projects.

Responsibilities

* Create, manage, and coordinate MEP Revit models in line with project requirements

* Work with engineers to ensure model accuracy and design intent

* Assist with clash detection and model auditing

* Maintain BIM standards and support best practices across the team

* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders

Skills

* 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Revit MEP in a professional environment

* Experience in the design phase (stages 3&4)

* Good understanding of MEP systems and their integration into coordinated models

* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

* A proactive and collaborative attitude

* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently when required

What You’ll Get

* £40,000 annual salary

* Flexible hybrid working: 4 days in our Croydon office, 1 day remote
