Job type: Permanent Specification Sales Manager - Requirements

Proven experience in specification sales, ideally in construction products, roofing, or building envelope solutions.
Strong network of architects, specifiers, and contractors in the North West.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to travel locally across the North West and attend client meetings and events. Specification Sales Manager - Responsibilities 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and key construction stakeholders across the North West.
Drive sales growth by influencing specification decisions for building envelope, roofing, and water management solutions.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
Represent Alumasc at industry events, conferences, and CPD presentations.
