At The Catch Up Academy, we work in partnership with local councils and schools as an Alternative Provision. Our purpose is clear: to reach the students who need us most. Many of our young learners have SEND, SEMH, or Medical needs that create barriers to mainstream schooling. This is why a dedicated teacher like you is so vital to provide nurturing, tailored education in a setting that works for the student, whether at home, in a community library, or online.

The Flexibility You Value: Choose part-time or full-time equivalent hours with a highly competitive pay rate of £28-£30 per hour.

Essential Requirements: You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and bring the patience, empathy and resilience needed to support positive growth.
